“I had an older halogen track light that went out so I called Lamp Plus where I purchased it years ago...they referred me to Heritage Lighting. I decided it would be better to go with an energy efficient LED track light instead of repairing. I ordered the new track light from Lamps Plus...it arrived today around 12:00...called Ed at Heritage Lighting and he came out the same day and installed it. I know, I’ll call a national lamp and shade store, they’ll fix the lamp, right? Wrong again. This is where I get to the point...because asking questions is my specialty. WOW! Now, I have to preface he came all the way from Henderson, NV and had a previous 4 hour service call in 110 degree weather. What a great guy ED is! ED is nice, polite, clean, friendly, professional and has a great personality all with a big smile! After he picked up the lamp he mentioned he had 25 calls to return. Do you know how that made me feel? ED made me feel like a King! He could have easily said, one lamp? Big deal! Bring it in and I’ll get back to you in when I feel like it. But that’s not how this King works and the next day as promised, my resuscitated lamp was back in my apartment ready to shine brightly again all thanks to ED at HERITAGE LIGHTING SERVICES. Thank you, ED! You are living proof there are still good, honest and reliable people in this world who care. ED, YOU ARE THE GENIE TO MY LAMP! I’m grateful and can’t thank you enough!”
